Privacy Policy – WASL FX

This policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit www.waslfx.com or submit WASL FX registration and contact forms, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms when used.

WASL FX is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing the contact and registration data collected through its website and forms. WASL FX provides information, support and coordination of registration and contact requests; the trading services provider is LIIRAT. Submitting a request on our website does not automatically open a trading account.

If you request assistance registering with LIIRAT, we explain the data needed to refer your request. The trading provider processes the data it receives under its own privacy policy and terms; this policy does not replace them.

Current website forms request your first name, last name and telephone number. They also transmit the form language and request type, such as an account enquiry or course registration, and the time of receipt is recorded.

Other data may include information you voluntarily provide through an advertising form or during contact, depending on the fields shown and the service requested:

• Your WhatsApp number if you provide it or contact us through it, and your email address and country of residence when provided.
• The service or offer you are interested in, your enquiries and information you send to our support team.
• The IP address read by our servers to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse, and connection, device and browser information that hosting or external services may process when loaded.
• Messages you send to WASL AI when using it. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive financial information through this chat or general contact forms.

We collect data directly through website forms and contact you initiate by telephone, WhatsApp or email. When Facebook or Instagram forms are used, we receive the information you choose to submit to WASL FX under the fields and notices shown in the form.

Some technical information is processed automatically when you connect to the website or load external content. The cookies section identifies relevant services; we do not assume that every type of data is collected from every visitor.

We use data as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and under applicable law. Responding to an enquiry may rely on steps taken at your request before providing a service; website protection may rely on legitimate interests where permitted, or on a legal obligation where one exists. Consent is requested where required for the relevant purpose.

Submitting data through a WASL FX form, including a Facebook or Instagram form, allows our team to contact you to respond to the request you made. This alone is not consent to future marketing unrelated to that request. We rely on separate consent or another legally permitted basis for such messages, and you may ask us to stop them at any time.

• Responding to enquiries and explaining the services or offers you ask about.
• Explaining trading-account procedures and coordinating registration with LIIRAT at your request.
• Organising course enquiries and providing technical support and customer service.
• Providing WASL AI responses when you use the assistant, without using it to make an automated decision approving a trading account.
• Protecting the website, preventing abuse and meeting applicable legal obligations.

We share necessary information with parties involved in providing the service. Protecting privacy does not mean that external service providers are not used. Relevant parties or categories include:

• LIIRAT: when you request account-opening assistance or a service requiring referral of your data, with an explanation of the purpose and required information and consent where necessary.
• Vercel: for website hosting and processing connections and technical information associated with operation and protection.
• Telegram: current website forms send your name, telephone number, request language and type, and time of receipt to a work conversation designated for enquiries through a Telegram bot.
• OpenAI: WASL AI messages and conversation context are sent to the assistant provider when you use it to generate a response. Registration-form data is not sent to the assistant as part of the form-submission process.
• TradingView: market widgets on pages using them load from its servers, allowing it to receive connection information needed to display its content.
• Communication and customer-management providers used to handle your request, and competent authorities where disclosure is legally required or subject to a binding legal process.

We take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data and processing risks, including protecting transmission through HTTPS, limiting operational access to those who need information to handle requests, and protecting access settings for website services.

No electronic communication or storage method is absolutely secure. We therefore do not guarantee that a security incident cannot occur, and we handle incidents and any notification duties under applicable law.

We do not currently apply one fixed retention period to all customer data. Retention is determined by the purpose of the request, ongoing follow-up or service provision, the last relevant contact, and any legal obligation or legitimate need to handle a dispute. The absence of a fixed period does not mean that data is kept indefinitely.

When data is no longer needed and there is no legal obligation or legitimate justification for keeping it, it is deleted or anonymised. Deletion reviews include copies in enquiry conversations, work records and relevant services, subject to providers' backup cycles and retention practices.

You may request deletion using the email address below. We may retain the minimum information necessary to record a marketing opt-out so that we do not contact you for marketing again, or to meet a legal obligation applying to a particular case.

Depending on applicable law and the processing circumstances, you may have the following rights. Send requests to INFO@WASLFX.COM. We may request limited information to verify identity before disclosing data or carrying out a request. We explain any legal exception or reason preventing a full response and respond within statutory deadlines where applicable.

• Request information about the data we process about you, obtain a copy, and correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion, restriction of processing or data portability where legally applicable.
• Object to direct marketing and ask for it to stop at any time by replying through the contact channel used or emailing us.
• Withdraw consent where it is the basis of processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Complain to the competent data-protection authority according to your country and applicable law.

The current website code does not contain a direct Meta Pixel or Google Analytics setup, and the registration forms themselves do not add marketing cookies. Form protection uses the IP address on the server to limit repeated requests, rather than an advertising-tracking cookie.

Hosting, protection and embedded-content services, including TradingView on market pages, may use cookies or similar technologies according to how their services are delivered and their own policies. External services receive connection information when their content loads even where cookies are not used.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may affect external functions. Where law requires prior consent for non-essential tools, it must be requested before those tools run, with a way to change your choice. Continued browsing alone is not marketing consent. This policy and consent settings are updated when new tools requiring changes are introduced.

Vercel, Telegram, OpenAI, and content or communication providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence, depending on the infrastructure and service used. Referring your request to LIIRAT may also involve an international transfer depending on the receiving entity and processing location.

Countries, roles and transfer safeguards depend on the provider, contracts and applicable law. Where specific safeguards are legally required, an appropriate transfer basis, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, must be verified before a transfer requiring them takes place. We do not assume that every country provides the same protection or that one safeguard applies to every provider.

You may contact us for clarification about the parties that received your enquiry data, processing destinations and relevant safeguards where legally available.

Trading services are intended for people aged at least 18 who meet legal eligibility and the trading provider's requirements. We do not target the collection of children's data for opening trading accounts. If you believe a minor has submitted data for that purpose, contact our privacy email so that we can review the case and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy when services, providers, data practices or legal requirements change. The latest update date appears at the top of the page. We notify users of material changes where appropriate and request new consent where legally necessary rather than treating continued use as automatic consent to a new purpose.

WASL FX receives privacy, correction, deletion and marketing-objection requests at INFO@WASLFX.COM. Please use a subject such as 'Privacy request' or 'Data deletion request' and include the contact details you used and information that helps locate your enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive data.

If your request concerns data LIIRAT processes independently as the trading provider, you may also need to submit it to LIIRAT under its policy. We explain our role and the party responsible for responding, without guaranteeing deletion of records the trading provider must legally retain.
